The Longwick Art Show returns for it's 39th year!

The show, based at the Longwick School near Princes Risborough, will be as popular as ever with over 100 artists and creators showing pieces of outstanding original work.

There is a diverse range of styles to appeal to all tastes from traditional landscapes to large scale abstract pieces. Featuring work in all kinds of media including traditional oils, watercolours, acrylic and linocut. There are also photographers whose work ranges from brilliant wildlife images through to amazing abstract creations.

Alongside the 2D work there is also colourful glassware, ceramics, textile, woodwork and beautiful jewellery whilst sculpture is represented by several artists in a variety of styles in clay, metal, wood and even needlefelt.

As well as the original work there is the opportunity to buy greeting cards, prints and gifts. If you want to take a break there are cakes and drinks to enjoy before continuing your visit. There will also be the chance to try pottery decorating or why not have a henna tattoo?

The show in 2025 was presented by the Friends of Longwick C of E School and was our biggest show yet, with profits raised going towards the school.

Over its history, Longwick Art Show has raised money towards a new STEM lab, Forest School, laptops, iPads and many other enriching experiences.

The show is on Saturday 21st from 10am – 5pm and Sunday 22nd from 10am – 4pm.

A Preview Night will be held on Friday 20th February 7.30 - 10pm. As well as being an opportunity to get a first look at the amazing artwork there will be live music, refreshments plus an opportunity to meet the artists.
