Delivery for Manned Tables - Friday 20th February 2pm - 6pm (must be completed by 7pm)

Collection - Sunday 22nd 4.30pm - 6pm

All Catalogued & Uncatalogued work, must have either a label or sticker with:

1. Artist’s name

2. The name of the work (as on the Catalogued/Uncatalogued form)

3. Price

All typed or written clearly (preferably in block capitals)

 

Catalogued 2D artwork must be adequately prepared for hanging with wire/string from ‘D’ or ‘O’ rings. If abstract please make sure it is clear which way is up!

​​Uncatalogued 2D & 3D artwork (a form will be sent nearer the time)​

Browsers must be supplied to display prints/originals. Please bring them, labelled with your name, on hanging day.

The 2D artwork must be supplied unframed and covered in cellophane/plastic. Mount boards are preferred.

Greeting Cards – All cards must be sold at the same price and no offers are to be made (i.e Buy 1,Get 1 Free). 
All cards need to have a sticker on the back showing the price and the artists name needs to be easily seen (either printed on the card or on the sticker).
A stand/box to hold the cards must be provided by the artist and labelled with their name on the back/underneath – artists are allowed up to 50 cards

Great care will be taken of all exhibits but we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage. All artwork and greeting cards are entered at the artists risk. All artists are therefore advised to arrange adequate insurance cover against loss or damage to their exhibits.
We reserve the right not to hang any work that too large, too heavy or too fragile to hang safely.
